Where do I find my User ID and Zone ID?
Open the game and tap your avatar in the top-left corner. You'll see a number like 123456789 (1234). The first number is your User ID and the number in brackets is your Zone ID.
Is MOBA Legends: 5v5 the same as MLBB?
For players, yes: MOBA Legends: 5v5 is the version of Mobile Legends available in India, and most players still call it MLBB or Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. Your account works the same way: enter the User ID and Zone ID from your profile and the diamonds arrive in your game.
Does this work for my account?
Yes for Indian accounts and other accounts on the global game server. It doesn't work for accounts registered in Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Russia or Turkey, because they use a different server.
Will I get double diamonds?
Only on the four first top-up packs (50, 150, 250 and 500), and only the first time each pack is bought on your account, from any store. Once you're signed in and enter your ID, we check your account and show exactly what you'll get: double, or the normal amount if the bonus is already used.
How many Weekly Diamond Passes can I buy?
The game limits how many passes one account can hold at a time. We check your account before you pay, and if it's at the limit, the Weekly Pass can't be selected.
Why do I need to sign in?
Signing in with Google lets us show your in-game name, keep your order history in one place, and stop bots from abusing the account check. We only use your name and email.
How do I pay?
By UPI with any app: PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM and others, through Cashfree Payments, a payment aggregator authorised by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). We never ask for your game password, UPI PIN or OTP.
How long does delivery take?
Usually a few minutes. Occasionally it takes longer; your order stays in our queue and is delivered as soon as possible. You can follow it in your account.
What happens if the top-up fails?
We retry until it's delivered. If it can't be delivered at all (for example, the pack is no longer available for your account), the full amount goes to your Finix Wallet straight away, ready to use on any pack.
I entered the wrong ID. Can I get my money back?
If the diamonds have already been delivered, we can't take them back from the other account, so please check the in-game name we show before paying. If the order hasn't been delivered yet, contact us straight away.
Is this an official store?
No. Finix Store is an independent reseller, not affiliated with Moonton. Diamonds are delivered to your account through our top-up partners.
