Finix Store (https://finixstore.in) is operated by Harsh Anand. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the store, why, and how we protect it.

What we collect

• Game account details: your User ID, Zone ID and in-game name, needed to deliver your order.
• Contact details you choose to give: email or phone number, used only to send order updates and answer support requests.
• Payment information: payments are processed by our payment partner. We receive the payment status, amount and transaction reference. We never see or store your UPI PIN, bank login or card details.
• Support chats: if you message our Telegram support bot, your Telegram name and account number and the messages you send and receive (photos are passed to our team but not stored, only noted as "[photo]"). If you opened the chat from your order page, it is linked to your account and that order.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, used to keep the store secure and prevent fraud.

How we use it

• To check your game account, process your order and deliver it.
• To process refunds and answer your questions.
• To detect and prevent fraud and misuse of the store.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

We don't sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the partners needed to complete your order:

• our payment partner, to process your payment and refunds;
• our top-up partners, who receive your User ID and Zone ID to deliver the order;
• hosting and email providers that run the store;
• Telegram, which carries support chats if you choose to message us there;
• authorities, when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and legal requirements, usually up to 8 years. Support chats are deleted 2 years after the chat is closed. Technical logs are kept for a shorter period. You can ask us to delete your contact details at any time, except where the law requires us to keep them.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to [email protected].

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the store to work and stay secure. We don't use advertising cookies.
