Finix Wallet Rules

The Finix Wallet lets you add money once and pay for packs on Finix Store with just a 4-digit PIN. These are its rules, in plain words.

Adding money

You add money by UPI through our payment partner, Cashfree. From ₹100 to ₹50,000 at a time, in whole rupees.
The full amount you pay goes into your wallet. We take no fee from it.
Money is added only after Cashfree confirms the payment, usually within a minute. If your bank takes longer, it's added as soon as the payment is confirmed.
The balance is shown in rupees and never expires.

Every payment from the wallet needs your 4-digit wallet PIN. It's not your UPI PIN or bank PIN, and we never ask for those.
Easy PINs like 1111 or 1234 aren't allowed.
Never share your PIN, including with anyone claiming to be from Finix Store. We will never ask for it.
After 5 wrong PINs, the wallet locks for 30 minutes. After 10 wrong PINs, it stays locked until you reset your PIN. Your money is safe while it's locked.

On the wallet page, enter your current PIN and a new one. The new PIN works straight away.

On the wallet page, tap "Forgot your PIN?" and sign in with Google again to confirm it's you. Then choose a new PIN. This also unlocks a locked wallet.
For your safety, wallet payments pause for 4 hours after a PIN reset, and after setting your first PIN when your wallet already has money in it (for example a refund). This gives you time to notice if someone else got into your Google account and reset your PIN. During the pause, your balance stays in your wallet and you can still buy packs with UPI.
If you didn't reset your PIN yourself, contact us right away and secure your Google account.

The pack's price is taken from your balance the moment you pay, and delivery starts straight away.
The first time you send diamonds to a game account you haven't topped up from your wallet before, we ask you to confirm it, so a mistyped ID doesn't cost you.
There's no daily spending limit.
A pack is paid fully from the wallet or fully with UPI, not split between them. If your balance is less than a pack's price, add more money to use it.

If an order can't be delivered, however you paid (UPI or wallet), its full amount goes to your wallet at once. An extra or wrong-amount payment goes to your wallet too.
Wallet money is store credit. It can only be spent on Finix Store. It can't be withdrawn to a bank or UPI account, or sent to another person.
If the law requires it, or if we close your account for a reason other than misuse, we refund your unused balance to the UPI account it came from, less the payment gateway's fee (about 2.3%).

Money added through a payment that turns out to be fraudulent, or that your bank reverses, may be held or removed from the wallet.
We may freeze a wallet while we look into suspected fraud or misuse, and tell you why.
Every change to your balance is recorded in your wallet history and can't be edited.
