Everything about buying MOBA Legends: 5v5 diamonds here, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Where to find your User ID and Zone ID
- Open the game.
- Tap your profile picture in the top-left corner.
- Under your name you'll see a number like 123456789 (1234).
- The long number is your User ID; the number in brackets is your Zone ID.
Tip: you can tap the ID in the game to copy it.
How buying works
Step 1
Enter your game ID
Your User ID and Zone ID (see the picture above). Signed in, we show your in-game name so you can check it's you.
Step 2
Pick a pack
Diamonds, first top-up packs (double diamonds on your first purchase of each) or passes.
Step 3
Pay by UPI
Press Pay, enter your mobile number, and pay with any UPI app: scan the QR code on a computer, or open your app on a phone.
Step 4
Get your diamonds
Usually within a few minutes. Your order page updates by itself, and you can always find it in your account.
Something went wrong?
I paid but my order still says “Waiting for payment”
Give it a minute: we check with the payment gateway automatically, even if you closed the payment page. If it's still waiting after 15 minutes, contact us with your order code. Money taken for an order we can't confirm is returned by your bank, usually within 5–7 working days.
My order says “Delivering” for a long time
Most orders arrive within a few minutes. Sometimes our top-up partner is slow; your order stays in our queue and is delivered as soon as possible. You don't need to order again.
I didn't get double diamonds
Double diamonds only apply to the four first top-up packs, and only the first time each pack is bought on your account, from any store. If you were signed in, we showed exactly what your account would get before you paid.
The Weekly Diamond Pass can't be selected
The game limits how many passes one account can hold at a time. If your account is at the limit, we stop you from buying another one so you don't pay for something the game would refuse.
I entered the wrong ID
If the order hasn't been delivered yet, contact us straight away. Once diamonds are delivered to another account, the game doesn't let us take them back, so please check the in-game name before paying.
How do refunds work?
If an order can't be delivered, the full amount goes to your Finix Wallet straight away (the wallet of the Google account you ordered with), ready to use on any pack. No waiting days for a bank refund.
