These terms apply when you use Finix Store (https://finixstore.in). By placing an order, you agree to them.

Who we are

Finix Store is operated by Harsh Anand, Ballabgarh, Faridabad, Haryana 121004, India. We sell in-game currency and passes for MOBA Legends: 5v5 as an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Moonton.

What we sell

Digital top-ups of in-game items (diamonds and passes) delivered to the game account you specify. These items have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and are used only inside the game under the publisher's own terms. Finix Store does not offer real-money gaming, betting or wagering of any kind.

Your responsibilities

• Enter the correct User ID and Zone ID, and check the in-game name we show before paying.
• Only top up accounts you own or have permission to top up.
• Pay only with a UPI account you are authorised to use.
• Follow the game publisher's rules. We aren't responsible for actions the publisher takes on your account.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. An order is confirmed only after we receive confirmation of your payment from our payment partner. Screenshots or transaction numbers alone are not proof of payment.

Prices may change at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Finix Wallet

You can add money to your Finix Wallet by UPI and use it to pay for orders on this store. The full amount you add is credited, without fees, once our payment partner confirms the payment. Wallet money is store credit: it can only be spent on this store, never expires, and can't be withdrawn to a bank or UPI account or sent to another user.

Every payment from the wallet needs your 4-digit wallet PIN. Keep it secret: anyone with your PIN and your sign-in can spend your balance. After too many wrong PINs the wallet locks. You can reset a forgotten PIN yourself after signing in with Google again; wallet payments then pause for 4 hours (UPI payments still work). Refunds for orders that can't be delivered go to your wallet, however you paid (see the Refund Policy). The full Finix Wallet rules are part of these terms.

If the law requires it, or if we close your account for a reason other than misuse, we refund your unused balance to the UPI account it came from, less the payment gateway fee (about 2.3%). Money added through a payment that turns out to be fraudulent or is reversed by the bank may be held or removed from the wallet.

Fraud and misuse

We may refuse, hold or cancel orders that look fraudulent, including payments from accounts that don't belong to the buyer. We may set limits on order size or frequency and block users who misuse the store. Where an order is cancelled for these reasons before delivery, the payment is refunded to its source unless the law requires otherwise.

Liability

If something goes wrong with an order, the most we are responsible for is the amount you paid for that order. We aren't responsible for delays caused by the game publisher, payment networks, or events outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Faridabad, Haryana.
