Delivery Policy

Finix Store sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped; everything is delivered straight to your MOBA Legends: 5v5 account.

How delivery works

After your UPI payment is confirmed, we send the top-up to the User ID and Zone ID you entered. The diamonds or pass appear in your game account. You don't need to share your password or log in anywhere.

Delivery time

• Most orders are delivered within a few minutes of payment.
• During game maintenance or high demand, delivery can take up to a few hours.
• If delivery is delayed, your order stays in our queue and is delivered as soon as possible. If it can't be delivered at all, it is refunded in full.

Checking your order

After paying, you see an order page with its current status. If you gave us an email address, we also send you a confirmation when the order is delivered. Restart the game if new diamonds don't show straight away.

Pass limits and first-top-up bonuses

The game limits how often some items can be bought, such as the Weekly Diamond Pass, and first-top-up bonuses are only given once per account. These rules are set by the game publisher. Where possible we check your eligibility before you pay; if the game still rejects the order, you get a full refund.
